How do I receive the completed shops? You will receive all shops in the form of an emailed PDF.
When will my order be complete? All shops are turned around within 30 business days.
Can I rush my order? What is the cost of a rushed order? No, we do not currently offer Rush Shopping.
When can I expect to see the first completed shop after I place the order? You first shop will be sent as soon as it is processed. After it is entered by the shopper, it is quality controlled and sent to you as soon as it is cleared by the Project Manager.
Am I able to enter some of my own questions/criteria which are specific to my establishment? You may enter up to five custom questions on your order form that will be specific/ important to your establishment. You would then find these questions answered at the bottom of the completed shopping form. These questions must be able to be answered with a Yes or No. There is a $2 charge per question/per shop for custom questions.
How do I order more shops?/ Am I able to re-order more shops for the same locations? To log back in to Getting to the Top 100 to review your account or place another order, simply go to www.gettingtothetop100.comand click the “Login". You will be prompted to enter your email address and the password you set up when you created your account.
What if I want to order shops to be performed on certain days, weekends or hours of the day? You may request certain days of shopping or even hours of the day to shop, but these types of requests cannot be guaranteed as it is the nature of the business. In addition, AboutFaceTM, as a rule, does not perform shops on weekends or the last 3 days of the month.
What if I want to have shops completed on a recurring basis? You may order shops on recurring basis; one quarter only, monthly, quarterly or bi-quarterly.
Are we able to have a customized form for our shops which is specific to our company/ establishment? We only offer the forms we have expertly created and have geared them to the type of industry and shop type you selected. A custom form is offered in contract bearing accounts with a customized program of shopping.
